1. Introduction

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years old;
• Have full capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Will use our Services solely for lawful, legitimate purposes;
• Will not use our Services to violate any Nigerian, U.S., or international laws, or the Terms of Service of third-party platforms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we determine that your use is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services to engage in fraud, identity theft, impersonation, or any illegal activity.
• Abuse social media platforms, including violating their terms or creating artificial engagement intended to mislead the public.
• Utilize VPN services to access content or services contrary to local law or international sanctions.
• Use rented phone numbers for spam, harassment, scams, or bypassing security mechanisms in violation of platform rules.
• Use ready-made accounts for any unauthorized or malicious purpose.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our Services.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or billing systems.

Your activities on third-party platforms remain your responsibility.

5. No Affiliation with Third-Party Platforms

We are not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Twitter/X, Google, or any other third-party service provider unless explicitly stated. Our services operate independently for testing, marketing, and workflow support. Your use of our tools must comply with the terms of those third-party platforms.

6. Payment, Billing, and Refunds

• All prices must be paid in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Due to the digital and consumable nature of our Services, all sales are generally final.
• Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of non-delivery or service malfunction.
• Chargebacks initiated without basis may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Service Delivery and Availability

We strive for reliable, timely delivery. However:

• No guarantee is made that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available;

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law:

• We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of our Services, third-party platform actions, account or number bans, inaccurate data, service interruptions, user negligence.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the preceding 30 days.

We may restrict access from or to jurisdictions subject to sanctions or regulatory prohibitions. VPN services must not be used to circumvent export controls or international restrictions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its staff, and affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• You breach these Terms;
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities;
• We are required to do so by law or regulation;
• Your actions expose us to potential liability or reputational harm.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Courts in Lagos State (or your designated jurisdiction) will have final jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a fresh “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
